Privacy starts with the design.

Auctus designs each project to keep essential control close to the property and avoid unnecessary cloud dependence. External services are used only when the approved feature requires them, with the dependency explained before activation.

What does local control mean?

We prioritize keeping essential control and property data within the property whenever the project allows it. We explain which functions can operate locally and which require an outside service.

What happens if the internet goes down?

It depends on the equipment and functions selected. During design, we identify the functions that need internet and the local controls available. Internet loss and a power outage are different conditions; backup needs are reviewed for each project.

What information leaves the property?

Before enabling an external connection, Auctus explains what connects, what information it uses and why it is needed. Dependencies are defined for your project.

How is my inquiry information used?

We store your contact details, project answers and available page and campaign information to evaluate your inquiry, send a confirmation and follow up. Promotional messages are optional and use only the channels you select. You can withdraw that permission using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting cvalentin@auctussnd.com.

Tell us what you want your space to do.

Whether you are planning a complete automation project or solving one specific problem, Auctus will evaluate the property and define the right scope with you.
